The Engineers Network is a subscription based data capture system for:

• Companies or sole traders to book calls for engineers to visit,
• Engineers to complete electronic paperwork, certificates and invoices
• Office users and customers to receive paperwork, certificates and reports in a typed format that can be read, emailed, stored electronically, or posted.

 

 

How does it work ?

• Ten office is a web based booking and data store suit that lets you book calls, look at job reports, send reminders, and much more !
• Ten mobile is a smart phone application that allows engineers (white van man) to receive job sheets electronically and complete them in a typed manor so that all the paperwork is completed and signed for they can also generate invoices, receive payments and much more !

TEN offer a range of Internet based solutions to help you manage your business. There are three main components to the TEN system:

TEN Office An access anywhere web portal

TEN Mobile A smart device application

TEN Corporate for Corporate planning and job management

The office system is the heart of the TEN environment, here your office users can: Manage your engineers and contractors Manage contract / service reminders Manage your customers & properties Create new jobs and allocate them to your engineers or contractors Invite contractors to join your network.

As a contractor they will be able to see all the jobs allocated to them and able to complete them online speeding up the closure cycle. Once a contractor becomes a full member of the network and using TEN Mobile you will be able to see your jobs complete as your contractor completes them.

To track the progress of jobs in real time as they are completed (a network signal is required to track real time jobs) but jobs can be completed on smart devices without a network signal

Address handling is royal mail accurate, this means you can quickly and easily capture address that mirror those held by the Royal Mail.

Dynamic mapping allows your office users to quickly see where an address actually is company job tracking
